Your Plan

Dummy goes down, in a suit contract count your losing tricks. In spades 2; in hearts 1; in diamonds 1; in clubs 0. with 4 losers your contract looks safe.

The Play

You put you hand down (as you are Dummy) and East make the opening lead of the 3H. Win the second round of hearts and draw trumps straight away (3 rounds extract them all.) Play the QH discarding a low spade, lead a low diamond losing to the AD - win the diamond return. lead a low spade up to the JS ruff the AS return and the rest of the tricks are yours
