Your Plan

Dummy goes down count your losers, Spades=1; Hearts=0; Diamonds=1; Clubs=1. You may make this contract. Make the Spade finesse and ruff hearts, leave the diamonds alone let the opposition lead them, but draw trumps first.

The Play

Ruff the heart lead. Using spades as an entry to dummy lead a low one up to the QS, lead a low club up to KC, ducking when AC is played. Lose to the AD return, but win the second diamond led. Draw trumps 1 round clears them out. lead low spade towards AS. Ruff a heart and ruff the low diamond from your hand, ruff a heart run your last trumps and play JS. For 11 tricks,
