Acol Bidding
Partner opens the bidding 1NT, you respond with 9 points bid your longest and strongest suit at the lowest level bid 1H. Partner raises you to 2H. The opposition make a re-rentry double and east bids spades, you five hearts and a doubleton (finding extra values) compete and bid 3H. All Pass
Plan Before You Play
You are in part game and it should be Hearts. count your losing tricks , it looks like you have 6 at the moment. With 1 heart, 1 spade, 2 diamond and 2 club losers. So duck with club diamond and spade leads in order to promote the queens and KD, TD combinations . Draw trumps, cross ruff diamonds and spades with the remaining trumps, lose your club loser.
The Play
In a Heart contract: Duck the Club lead in dummy and win in hand. Draw 2 rounds of trumps with a nine card suit play for 'the drop' (counting and stop drawing them when all are out). Lead a low spade from dummy towards QS, a low diamond toward dummy's KD, ducking if west plays AD. Win the spade return. Now cross ruff diamonds and spades. Lead low towards dummy's QC lose to the KC and win the remaining tricks
Comment
This hand makes 10 tricks in hearts and also makes 2NT, redeal the hand and play it again. Bid and check for yourself
The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
