Plan Before You Play
Count your losers in a suit contract. You can see 1 loser in spades, 1-2 in hearts, and 1 in clubs, so 4 losers the contract should be fine. So the plan is to draw trumps as soon as possible, play the side suit winners and cross ruff the small clubs heats and diamonds.
The Play
Win the diamond lead and draw 1 round of trumps - win the diamond return and draw 2 more round of trumps remember to count the outstanding trumps so you can stop before using up all your trumps (it's a 3-1 trump split). Lead out the JH and east plays the AH. Ruff the diamond return and lead a small club which the AC wins, win the club return, play KH dropping the QH and ruff a low heart, ruff a low club and the 10H.
