If you play weak 2's open the bidding 2H, the opposition overcall 2NT. This bid is a convention called the unusual 2 notrump. It says partner I've got 2 5 card minor suits, bid your best minor suit. West bids 5D. All Pass.

Plan Before You Play
Win as many tricks as possible, hopefully taking them light.
The Play
Partner leads AH and switches to a low spade (worried about a heart ruff by the opposition), they win with KS then they draw 3 rounds of trumps. leading clubs from dummy they finesse west for AC and QC which fails when you cover the JC with QC. Return a spade and declarer plays another club up to KC, cover with the AC and return a spade. Declarer plays a third fourth fifth club which all win and has diamonds to finish with. You've taken the opposition 2 light for 100 points
Comment
You obviously have a fit in spades and hearts here. Will you make a sacrifice bid to keep the opposition from making game points? Or will you take the chance that they'll go light and make a penalty double?
The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
