Partner opens 1H, you bid your spade suit, the opposition makes a takeout double then partner supports your spades bidding 2S, the opposition respond to a takeout double with a bid of 3C and you re-evaluate your hand after partner shows you a fit in spades you can give yourself short suit distribution points so an extra 3 points for the heart singleton and 1 extra point for the club doubleton, so now you have 10 TP's, bid 3S. All pass.

Plan Before You Play
In a suit contract count your losers - and as dummy goes down you can see you have a few, at least - 1 spade, 1 heart, 1 club and 1 diamond. To make this slam you will need several things to be in your favor. The spade, diamond and club finesses need to work (this means west must hold KC and KS, and East must have the KD). You should be able to draw trumps in 2 rounds (a 2-2 trump split) AND you need to be able to develop a small card in your heart suit to throw away the last losing diamond.
The Play
Finesse the club opening lead, hopefully they've underled their KC... and yes they have! first hurdle. Lead a low diamond to your queen... the second hurdle. Lead out your 10S for a direct finesse and if it succeeds lead a low spade to the AS. Check how many trumps are out by counting them as they are played by the opposition. Now lose your heart loser, and at the first opportunity ruff another heart checking that East and West both follow with hearts. Enter dummy by ruffing a low diamond, and ruff a heart again, count the hearts as they emerge so you will know when you have established them. Ruff another low diamond to enter dummy and play your last three winners from whichever hand you choose.
Comment
Three rounds of hearts establishes the low hearts. Most people will not be in a spade game or slam, but if the opposition keep bidding its possible to be pushed into getting there. Notice you get only 230 points if you are in part game making 12 tricks but you will get 980 points if you have bid slam and make it.
The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
