Caught between 2 lies. If you open 2NT you are promising 20-22 HCP and no 5 card major suits so this is the wrong bid; but if you open 2C you are promising 23+ and an interests in playing in a suit. Hmmmm this is often a problem in bridge... which is the most accurate of the lies that you are about to tell your partner? If you open 2NT you partner will possibly Stayman asking you to bid your lowest ranking 4 card major (hearts in this case) - if partner NoTrumps after your heart bid , bid your spades as this must be partners suit. (try it and see)

Comment
With this hand you can make 13 tricks if you only play the club suit once. The tricky thing about this hand is actually bidding the slam to obtain the slam bonus points. I f you bid only game you will get very poor marks compared to other competitors.
The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
