After you open 1 Spade your longest suit (called a 'headless suit' because it contains no honor cards) your partners 2 level change of suit shows you they have a
five card heart suit and 10+ points, you can then happily raise partner to 3 hearts with your three card heart suit support. Partner raises to 4 hearts after revaluing their hand with the heart fit.

0 spade losers, 0 heart losers, 2 clubs and 1 diamond loser; So a total of three losers.
Play low on club leads, ruff oppositions spades, draw your trump ASAP ruffing
your diamond losers.
This hand can be bid to 4 hearts if played by you or 3 spades if bid by the opposition. It all depends who stops bidding first. In 4H If you play very well you can make 11 tricks.
