If you play weak Two's, Partner opens 2D - weak and long 6 cards and 6-10 points, you respond 2S, forcing for 1 round of bidding, partner jumps to 3NT. All Pass ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Otherwise you open 1S, partner bids 2D, you rebid 2H, partner invites with 2NT and you raise to 3NT. A scarey bid with a void.

Plan Before You Play
Dummy goes down, count your winners in NoTrumps. Spades:2, Hearts:3, Diamonds:1, Clubs:1. So you need to develop 2 more winning tricks to make your contract, this is especially hard with only 1 entry to dummy's hand. Try to create a second entry with the hearts by playing the 9H under the KH, but that doesn't work because The hearts are split 1-5.
The Play
The unbid suit is led, Clubs in the Acol game, Hearts in the Standard American game. With a heart lead, winning the first trick in dummy with 9H ensures you can make 12 tricks. With a club lead you cannot develop the second entry to dummy and so only make 10 tricks
Comment
It almost doesn't matter how you play this difficult hand you almost always end up with at least 10 tricks.
The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
