Plan Before You Play

Count your winners in a NoTrump contract. Spades:3, Hearts:1, Diamonds:1, Clubs:2. It looks like your diamonds and spade suits have the ability to give you 10 tricks off the top. That's what seems best at the moment.

The Play

A club lead, win with KC, play AS play the AD, oops west is out that means the 10D and 8D won't be winners. Switch to your spade suit after taking 3 diamond tricks. AS then AC, run your spades then play a diamond, the last three tricks are the opponents

Comment

The Trick in NoTrumps contracts is to lose your certain losers before losing control in the other suits. The second rule in NoTrumps is deciding is it better to grab all your winners first or lose your certain losers? You can make 10 tricks with the correct decision.

The above commentary is intended as a guideline only. As with any Bridge hand there are many ways to bid and play any hand.
